It affects any 0 cost Attack cards, regardless of class. As a result, cards like Anger, Claw, or Flurry of Blows obtained from Prismatic Shard does work with this relic.

It also works with card that has its cost reduced to 0, such as cards with cost changed by Confused, Blood for Blood, Eviscerate, Streamline, or cards Retained under Establishment.
