Wing Boots is a Rare Relic. It allows the player to choose any room on the next floor when going to the next floor, without being restricted by the paths. The player may not choose a room on the same floor they are currently at, skip floors, or go back a floor. The relic allows the paths to be ignored 3 times across a run before it is used up.
This relic does not spawn beyond floor 40, excluding Endless mode. This relic is removed from the pool of available relics if the current run uses the Flight (ignore paths when choosing the next room) or Certain Future (map contains only one path) run modifiers, as either one would make the effect of this relic pointless.
