Vault is a Skill card for the Watcher. When played, it immediately ends the player's turn and the player starts a new turn.

Effects that happen at the start of the player's turn are triggered when the new turn starts, but existing debuffs on the player and enemy aren't decremented; for instance, if the player were to have play a card such as Devotion when an enemy had Icon Weak Weak, the player would gain 2 Icon Mantra Mantra on their second turn while the enemy would retain all of the Weak they had.



Interactions[]

  • Synergizes with powers that trigger at the start of your turn, such as Deva Form, Devotion, and Establishment.
  • Scry will trigger for Vault's extra turn if Foresight has been played.
  • Triggers the effects of Perseverance, Sands of Time, or Windmill Strike if any of those cards are in the player's hand when Vault is played.
  • If Simmering Fury is played before using Vault, Wrath will be entered on Vault's extra turn.
  • Wave of the Hand's effects carry over to Vault's extra turn.
  • Can be used to deal additional damage against Giant Head since Slow is not reset at the start of the extra turn.
  • If played as the 12th card against Time Eater, Time Eater still gains strength but the player gets another turn with the Time Warp clock reset to 0.
  • When played whilst having VelvetChoker Velvet Choker, it gives you a new turn, thus resetting the number of cards you have played back to 0.
  • Temporary buffs from Potions such as SteroidPotionFlex Potion will be lost at the start of Vault's extra turn.
  • Icon Restricted Constricted from the Spire Growth will damage you after playing Vault.
  • Playing Vault after playing Blasphemy will instantly kill you unless you have an active form of damage prevention.
  • The Corrupt Heart's Invincible buff counter does not reset for Vault's extra turn.
