The Tungsten Rod is a rare Relic that reduces all health loss by 1. This includes health loss inflicted by damage, cards, and events.

Interactions

• Torii: Torii activates before Tungsten Rod:
  • Incoming damage > 5: Torii does not activate; Tungsten Rod reduces damage by 1.
  • Incoming damage ≤ 5: Torii reduces damage to 1; Tungsten Rod activates and further reduces it to 0.

• Intangible: This buff reduce all damage and HP loss taken to 1 and then Tungsten Rod reduce it to 0, effectively give you immunity to all damage and HP loss.

• Buffer: Prevents HP loss before Tungsten Rod is applied, even if HP loss would be only 1 and prevented by Tungsten Rod.

• Plated Armor: If Tungsten Rod prevents the last point of damage, the Plated Armor will not be reduced.

If the amount of health lost is reduced to 0, the following effects still trigger:

• Static Discharge

Conversely, the following effects will not trigger:

• Rupture
• Emotion Chip
• Centennial Puzzle
• Runic Cube
• Self-Forming Clay
