The Courier is an Uncommon Relic. It is unlocked at 1500 by the Silent.
This relic does not spawn beyond floor 48, excluding Endless mode.
Holding both 
Membership Card & The Courier gives an overall discount of 60% (0.5 X 0.8 = 0.4 → 40% price, or 60% discount).
