Pattern[]

Always starts with Chomp.

Afterwards, has a 45% chance of using Bellow, 30% chance of using Thrash, and 25% chance of using Chomp.

Cannot use Bellow twice in a row, cannot use Thrash 3 times in a row, and cannot use Chomp twice in a row.

In Act 3, where you can encounter a group of 3 Jaw Worms, they will start the combat with the bonuses from Bellow before the player can act. They do not always start with Chomp, but otherwise follow the same pattern as in Act 1.

Trivia[]

Its appearance and name suggest that it is, in some way, related to the Maw.
