Streamline is an Attack for The Defect that deals 15 damage (or 20 if ). It starts out costing 2 but it reduces its cost every time you play this card until it costs 0 energy.

Note that other effects that override card costs, such as Confused, can make this card's cost-reducing effect pointless.
