Changes: Steam Barrier

Steam Barrier works well as a clutch source of Block. It gives a competent amount of block for zero energy. Works specially well on lower floors.
- This card is particularly useful on an expensive turn. Use it with Boot Sequence or Chill to gains a significant amount of Block while spending the rest of your energy on other cards.
Steam Barrier gets worse as the fight goes on. Either its Block is reduced significantly or enemy scales over it. Try to finish the fight as quickly as possible.
Steam Barrier will be generated by Hello World with its base, maximum amount of Block. It can be use as a throwaway source of Block.
Its Block is still affected by Dexterity. On a circumstance where you can reliably triggers Kunai, Steam Barrier can remain relevant throughout the fight.
This is a rare occasion when the card does not synergize well with Echo Form, as its potency will diminish twice as fast.
