Strength at the end of the turn. Effects that apply Shackled are accompanied by lowering Strength for an equal amount.
For example, dealing 8 damage to the Transient will give it Shackled 8 and Strength -8.
Both the shackled and the negative strength effects will disappear at the end of the affected enemy's turn.
This effect is coded as a Debuff, and is removed by moves that cleanse debuffs (with the notable exception of Corrupt Heart). However, it does not strip an additional stack of Artifact.
