The Omamori will negate any Curse, including the Necronomicurse. It is the only way to get the Necronomicon relic without incurring its curse.
This relic does not spawn beyond floor 48, excluding Endless mode.
Omamori is a Common Relic.
Tips
- If you are in a later stage of a run it is often good to skip this relic in favor of the blue key if you are going for the heart.
- Does not synergize well with relics that benefit from curses such as Du-Vu Doll and Darkstone Periapt.
- During daily challenges you can consider skipping this relic to try and get the Curses! score modifier.
