Effect
In your next 3 combats, all enemies will have 1 hp. This applies to normal combats, elite combats, and boss combats. After these 3 combats have ended, the relic will deplete, and enemies will return to having full hp.

To compensate, we've added a fixed set of choices for those who don't reach the Act 1 boss (Neow's Lament or HP bonus).
