N'Loth's Hungry Face can be acquired from the Face Trader Event.
If you have Matryoshka with this relic and find a chest, you will lose a charge and only one relic will be offered. If you have not gotten a Sapphire Key, the relic and Key will be linked for the offering.

In future battles, the face of the player will stay the same despite exchanging faces with the Face Trader.
