A relic that can only be obtained through the "Augmenter" event. It starts your combat with 3 
Strength, but also 3 Strength Down.
Synergy
This relic synergizes well with 
Clockwork Souvenir, as the Strength that you lose at the end of the turn will be negated by the 
Artifact that it provides, thus letting you keep the Strength for the rest of combat.
