My name is Nico aka Knakveey. As you've probably noticed, this community has really taken off along with the success of the game. I wanted to reach out to offer some suggestions and extend a helping hand.
The mainpage is a bit basic. Perhaps changing some of the formatting, moving up the categories, and some other additions to the right rail could make the community more invited.
The overall theme of the wiki could perhaps use some love? Adding a custom background and wordmark can do wonders.
What do you think about these changes? I can show you some "mock" editions on my sandbox (private wiki) if you like. Or if you need help with anything, please feel free to reach out to me!
The status of the wiki is not yet clear. See this discussion.
I understand what you're saying. Having a better skin and some "love" would indeed help the Wikia page. But it seems to be a losing battle, as the developers and the community have started moving to gamepedia.
I could make a list of pros and cons for the two competing wikis, but, again, it feels pointless.
Besides all this, my interests were more surgical: automate some tasks, have some fun learning to wiki. My time is quite limited and I couldn't envolve myself more than I already did. Sorry I can't help with the tweaks you mentioned.
Alright, so I realize this is kinda coming out of nowhere, but right now it looks like you're the only admin on this wiki, so...
Is there any chance you could give me Admin (or even just Mod or Bureaucrat) permissions on the wiki? I'm working on doing some automation (See Module:Cards, Module:Cards/data, and Template:CardAutobox for examples and you can see the Autobox in action on the All-Out Attack page) and it would help if I could tinker with CSS and such if needed.
My main goal is to make it easier to manage all the data without needing to manually check a bunch of different pages, which should be quite helpful for when cards get changed. I did a similar thing over on the Warframe wiki and it's made things a lot easier to manage over there so I figured I might as well lend a hand over here as well.
