These following cards are enhanced by Magic Flower:
- Reaper- Heal up to 6 (8) HP per enemy, assuming they take full damage from this card and the player has no Strength.
- The healing is increased by 1 (1.5 rounded up) HP per Strength per enemy
- Feed - Gain 5 (6) max HP if Fatal.
- Self Repair - Heal 11 (15) HP at the end of combat.
- Bandage Up - Heal 6 (9) HP.
- Bite - Heal 3 (5) HP.
These following relics are enhanced by Magic Flower:
- Burning Blood - Heal 9 HP at the end of each combat.
- Blood Vial - Heal 3 HP at the start of each combat.
- Toy Ornithopter - Heal 8 HP whenever the player uses a potion.
- Meat on the Bone - Heal 18 HP at the end of combat if the player's HP is at or below 50%.
- Pantograph - Heal 38 HP at the start of boss combats.
- Bird-Faced Urn - Heal 3 HP whenever the player plays a Power card.
- Lizard Tail - Heal 75% of max HP if the player would die in combat. Works only once.
- Black Blood - Heal 18 at the end of each combat.
- Bloody Idol - Heal 8 HP whenever the player gains Gold.
- The player can gain Gold in combat using Hand of Greed or Wish.
- Face of Cleric - Heal 2 HP after each combat.
These following potions are enhanced by Magic Flower:
- Blood Potion - Heal 30% of max HP, or 60% with Sacred Bark.
- Regen Potion - Regeneration becomes 50% more powerful. A single use could heal up to 24 HP over 5 turns, or 85 HP over 10 turns with Sacred Bark.
- Fruit Juice - Heal 8 HP, or 15 HP with Sacred Bark, if used in combat.
- Fairy in a Bottle - Heal 45% of max HP, or 90% with Sacred Bark, if the player would die in combat. This potion is then discarded.
