Iron Wave is an Attack card for the Ironclad. It deals 5 damage and grants 5 Block at the same time. As a Common card, it can be found as a reward after combats. Upon upgrade, it gains 2 damage and 2 Block for a total of 7 each.

Due to the fact that Iron Wave is an attack that grants Block, it is effective in dispatching Gremlin Nob, who punishes using skills to Block. Iron Wave will also count as an attack for relics such as Shuriken or a card like Fire Breathing whose effects are determined based on attacks played.

Because this card's values alone are no larger than a Strike or Defend, it may become less relevant as the player enters Acts III and IV. However, it is by no means a bad card if drafted in Act I.

  • Kunai is both activated by cheap attacks like Iron Wave and gives Dexterity that Iron Wave benefits from.
  • Juggernaut is activated by Iron Wave, Ironclad's only attack that does so.
