Adds a "Lift" option to Rest Sites, similar to the effects of the Shovel and Peace Pipe relics.

"Lift" will use up the Rest Site and grant you a permanent +1 Strength.

Lift can be used a maximum of 3 times, after which the option will no longer be available.

Note that mechanically, the bonus granted by the Girya is applied by the Girya itself in each fight; if you later lose the relic for some reason, you will lose any accumulated bonuses from it as well.

This relic does not spawn beyond floor 48, excluding Endless mode.

Trivia

"Girya" is a Russian word for kettlebell. A common kettlebell of the same type as the relic weighs 1 pood (approx. 16 kg).
