Foresight is a simple, but very powerful card. By scrying 3 (or 4 when upgraded) before you draw for turn, you can get all of the cards you don't need out of the way. If you scry just one card into the discard pile that you were never going to use, you effectively drew an extra card that turn. Additionally, it can allow you to dig for a certain card. For example, if you want to draw an Eruption, and your deck has 8 cards in it, scrying 3 cards into the graveyard allows you to draw the Eruption 100% of the time. Given it's power, most Watcher decks should want exactly one copy of Foresight.
