Foreign Influence is an Uncommon Skill for the Watcher that presents you with 3 random Attack cards of any color (Including colorless) from which you may choose one to add to your hand. Foreign Influence then Exhausts.
Upgrading Foreign Influence reduces the cost of the card it adds to your hand to 0 for that turn.
It can only generate a card that is available through shop and rewards with some exceptions: it cannot generate a healing card.
Foreign Influence does not grant an Orb slot, so attacks that generate orbs are less useful.
