The extra dexterity granted by Duality lasts until the end of your turn.
Duality interacts strangely with Artifact. If you already have a stack of Artifact, then play an attack, your Artifact is used and you are given +1 dexterity for the rest of the fight. However, if you play multiple attacks, then get an Artifact (such as from an Ancient Potion or Panacea), you will keep all of the Dexterity you have accumulated that turn so far.
