The Darkstone Periapt is an Uncommon Relic.

This relic does not spawn beyond floor 48, excluding Endless mode.

Positive
- Cursed Key, Calling Bell, numerous Events and Writhing Mass give you Curses, which Darkstone Periapt help mitigate the downsides of.
- Du-Vu Doll wants to add Curses to the deck like Darkstone Periapt.
- Blue Candle helps mitigate the effect of Curses once they are added to the deck.
Negative
- Omamori fully blocks the effects of Darkstone Periapt as the negation stops the curse ever entering your deck.
