This card will never produce Self Repair, preventing situations where players are encouraged to stall out fights in order to heal.
The powers produced by this card will be whatever your character could find normally. In a normal Defect run, this will be Defect powers; in a Diverse run, it will be any power in the game. If this card somehow ends up in your deck during normal play for another class (possible through certain events or Prismatic Shard), it will produce powers of that class.
