Corruption is a Rare Power card for the Ironclad.
In-Game
For every turn after it is played, corruption reduces the Energy cost of Skills to 0, but causes them to Exhaust.
Upon upgrade, it costs 1 less Energy to play it, from 3 to 2.
Synergies
- In concert with Dark Embrace, this card will let you rapidly cycle through every skill in your deck.
- The Dead Branch relic synergizes extremely well with this card, replacing every exhausted skill card with a new card (potentially another 0 cost skill). This minimizes the major drawback of Corruption, which is potentially draining your deck of defensive skills during a long battle.
- Feel No Pain allows a free 3-4 defense per exhausted card, significantly increasing Corruption defensive capabilities.
