Choke is an Attack for The Silent that also lowers an enemy's HP by 3 for every card you play after that until the end of your turn. Upon Upgrade, enemy loses 5 HP per card played.
Choke damage can stack, so if you play 2 Chokes, every card played that turn will deal 6 HP. The losing-HP effect isn't considered damage, so it bypasses Block, too.
