Charon's Ashes deals 3 damage to ALL enemies whenever you exhaust a card. This relic can be incredibly powerful in a wide variety of decks. For example, a Fiend Fire will go from dealing 7 damage to one target for each card that's exhausted, to dealing 10 damage to that target, plus an additional 3 damage to every other enemy.
Note that the damage dealt cannot trigger return damage (via 
Thorns.)
