• Meat on the Bone or Blood Vial: Their reliable healing makes it more reasonable to lose HP in order to trigger this relic.

• Combust or Regret: Both lose HP at the end of the turn, entirely wasting the draw from Centennial Puzzle and possibly discarding important cards.

Trivia

This relic is a reference to the Millennium Puzzle from Yu-Gi-Oh.
