Burning Blood is the Ironclad's Starter Relic. It heals 6 HP at the end of combat, providing the Ironclad with quite a bit of survivability.
It can be upgraded into 
Black Blood if it is found in a Boss Chest, which heals 12 HP instead of just 6.
