Blood for Blood is an Attack card for the Ironclad. It deals 16 damage, costs 1 less Energy for each bit of HP lost during the current combat (min 1). As an Uncommon card, it appears as a reward for combat, although less often than Commons.

Upon upgrade, it gains 4 damage and costs 3 energy.

Mechanics[edit | edit source]

  • Because its cost lowers from lost HP, rather than damage, it is affected by effects like Offering and Combust.
  • The cost decreases by the number of times you lose HP, not the amount of HP lost.
  • If this card is created during combat (such as through DeadBranch.png Dead Branch, AttackPotion.png Attack Potion, or Foreign Influence), it will account for HP lost before it existed, unlike Masterful Stab.
