Due to the Blasphemer effect being technically a buff, it cannot be blocked by Artifact, nor can it be cleansed by Orange Pellets.

↑ Despite its description, Blasphemy actually causes you to receive an amount of damage so large that you will die, which can be prevented by Buffer and Intangible.
