Changes: Apotheosis

Applies to ALL cards in your deck when it is played.

Will not apply to cards that were Exhausted before Apotheosis is played (if they are played via Exhume.)
Will not apply to cards added to your hand after Apotheosis is played (via Dead Branch, Shiv cards, etc.)
