Alchemize is a Rare Silent card that generates a random potion upon use. It costs 1 Energy, and when Upgraded costs no energy. As a card that can potentially heal the player, it cannot be generated by random card generation such as Distraction and DeadBranch Dead Branch.

It can't generate FruitJuice Fruit Juice (due to a design rule against generating healing), but it can generate RegenPotion Regen Potion and FairyinaBottle Fairy in a Bottle.

  • Weekly Patch 54: Loop
    • The Specialized Daily Mod now allows Alchemize (was restricted because the mod Brewmaster used to exist)
  • Weekly Patch 44: Chrysalis
    • All sources of random temporary card generation in combat (like Dead Branch) can no longer generate cards that provide healing.
    • New tip added to indicate that healing cards cannot be generated randomly during combat.
  • Weekly Patch 25: Building Blocks
    • Fruit Juice will no longer spawn from Alchemize.
  • Weekly Patch 6: We're Back!
    • New green card, Alchemize. Description withheld for spoiler reasons.

Trivia[]

  • The card art for Alchemize was taken from the early access deprecated poison power card "Venomology", hence the green poison appearance of the potions in the card art.
  • Because cards are briefly playable during SmokeBomb Smoke Bomb's escape animation, Alchemize can be played to regenerate the lost potion before the combat ends.
